We reviewed a finance team’s functions and processes to streamline the workflow which reduced month end pressures and enabled a large PLC company to reduce its finance team whilst increasing capacity and saved the client £150k.

 

We carried out a step by step function review and developed a transition plan which enabled increased governance and assurance whilst reducing the wasted overheads of the department.
